New Uses for Old Things

Hello lovelies!       
      Recycling is very important, but even better is reusing. If you can reuse an item yourself, that's more energy and time saved. There are many ways to find a different purpose for simple items around your house. Here are a few ideas for you:

1. Reuse your old CD case to creat a new photo frame.

2. Reuse newspaper and other paper products by using them as wrapping paper. You can wrap boxes or even gifts. 

 3. Transform your old office chair by adding a chair cover. (I made the chair cover myself)

4. Reuse shells as a ring holder. 

5. Turn your rubber boots into a flowerpot.

      Your friend is getting married and  you don't know what to get her? I have an idea for you! Make a personalized pillow! It's simple and fun! I hope you enjoy it! 

 1. Sew the groom and bride's name and the date of the wedding on the fabric.

 2. Sew the fabric in a pillow shape and add the stuffing.

        Voila! You made a super personalized gift for your friend.
