A Different Advent Wreath

Hello cuties!
Today I'm going to show you how to bring back the tradition of the advent wreath with a little touch of modern in our home, with this easy wine bottle advent wreath.

To make this modern version of an advent wreath, all you need are

  • Spray paint
  • 4 bottles (you can also use different sizes too)
  •  Ribbon
  • Paper
  • Hole puncher
  • 4 stick candles
  • Some fir branches
  • Decorative tray or plate

Let' start!
Wash and remove all labels from the bottles. Cover each wine bottle with two coats of spray paint, then let dry.

Create heart shaped tags from the paper. Then write the numbers on the tags. After hole punching, fasten the tag to a ribbon which can be tied around the bottle.

Now place the bottles on the plate and add some fir branches.

Shave down four pillar candles so the bases fit into the mouth of the bottles. And you're done! Now you have this easy and modern advent wreath!

Have a great day my lovely friends!

Jingle Bells Decoration

Happy Monday cuties!
Today I want to share with you a Christmas decoration using cardboard egg carton. It is really very easy to make but I also think it's so chic and effective.
I love anything old that you can reuse to decorate with.
Here’s what you need:
  • egg cartons
  • scissors
  • tempera paint
  • paint brush
  • ribbon
  • a pen
  • bells
Let's get started my crafty friends!
1. Cut up the egg carton into 15 cups and paint them. Let them dry for a few hours.

 2. Punch a hole in the top with a pen, string the ribbon through and tie a bell on the end.

3. Then tie another ribbon at the end to keep the bells together and to add a final touch. Voila! You're done!

Have a wonderful time preparing for Christmas and putting up Christmas decorations!
